1. How can I place an order?
You can easily browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. For metro cities, it may be faster. Rural or remote areas might take a little longer.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link and courier details on your registered email so you can track your parcel in real time.
5. What are the shipping charges?
✅ Shipping is free on all orders across India. No hidden charges.
6. Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes ✅, we have an easy return and exchange policy. If the product is unused and in original condition with tags, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
In case you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with order details and pictures. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your choice.
8. Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we deliver only within India. However, we are working on expanding to international locations soon.
