  • Certain items such as innerwear, sale items, or accessories may not be eligible due to hygiene reasons.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product replacement.

  • If the requested product/size is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, Card, Wallet, etc.).


🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will share the return instructions and address.

  3. Pack the item securely with all tags and original packaging.

  4. Ship the product to the provided return address.

  5. Once received, we will process your exchange/refund as per policy.

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

  • In case of a defective/wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
